So as follow up to the last post – I wanted to announce that Addiction went to trial as the suspect in the killing of the Testimony last Wednesday night in the W2 ward gym. The jury consisted of about 30 twelve to eighteen year olds – who will decide the fate of Addiction. During the trial, the prosecuting attorney brought forth special, expert witnesses to testify against Addiction.
Murder Trail
All expert witnesses originally spoke in the 2010 October General Conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Hummm, you think that the leadership of the Church have something on their minds??? It was crazy putting the video clips together and realizing just how much this topic was addressed.

I learned how to use iMovie to make this video for our YW in Excellence. It actually turned out pretty nice and I am proud to associate with these girls!

A plain, bright orange tee-shirt with white lettering.
On the front it says:
I AM STRONG.
.
.
Or do you think it would be better as:
I’M STRONG.
.
.
(I’m designing the girls camp tee-shirts for our ward…the camp theme is ‘Forever Strong’ and our colors are bright orange, royal blue, and white since we are the SHSU Bearkats Rugby team)

Our girls camp theme this year is ‘Forever Strong’ inspired by the youth’s 2010 worldwide theme “Be Strong and of Good Courage.” I especially enjoyed the YW broadcast in March as the messages focused on moral courage, having the courage to stand out, and never giving up.
Anyone have any suggestions for our camp flag???

This Wednesday for youth night, I had the girls over for ‘S’ night – Sushi, Scrabble, and Soda. There was 3 Sock awards for the 1) longest word, 2) wackiest word, and 3) most points earned.
I think that the girls really enjoyed it – especially since most of them had never tried sushi, never played scrabble before, and never tasted the bliss that is Jones Soda.
