Reception Decor

Melissa now has me all excited about sharing some of my ideas for the reception decor. Here’s a little taste of some of the kinds of things I am envisioning…

    I like these things! It’s sort of…bohemian and fresh.
    You could serve ice water w/ sliced lemons and limes. That’s always pretty.
    Actually, my girlfriend serves a pretty-drink that I think is just limeaid with thinly sliced cucumbers. Wow. It’s amazing. And I don’t usually like cucumbers. It’s so fresh and yummy. I want some now.

    I really love the tea lights in the jars. love love love. However picturing Tuacahn I can’t see it. I think it looks “rustic” compared to Tuacahn’s look. Though you could go for that feel at the reception because of the “backdrop” of the rugged mountains. Now I am talking circles. I guess it just is a feel thing. The lemons and limes thing is cute. Can’t wait to see it all come together!

    I love the jars for both the drinks and I also love the hanging ones too…Its gonna look so great…keep it up, looks like you’re finding awesome things…oh also I think those flowers are very beautiful and simple, great way to encorporate your colors in the flowers..

    Candles are out, by the way. Afternoon reception means no candles and no fireworks…WE is disappointed about the latter…
