Want a taste???

Hopefully, this little treat will accompany our dessert at the reception – that is IF we can find someone who wants to shell 100+ lemons and fill them with lemon and/or lime sorbet.

Hum…I’m thinking will need some dry ice too since the freezer at Tuacahn may not be THAT big.

I wish that I had a fairy god mother so that all my random ideas could just happen like that. Ya know, just appear out of thin air – poof! - as soon as I dreamt them up. Don’t be fooled, Cinderella didn’t have it all bad.

WE has been pretty amazing at being the ‘executer’ so far. But he’s no Cinderellie, I’m just sayin.

Actually I think you can buy them that way at Costco, but I believe they come in lemons, oranges, and coconut shells. I’m not sure, but I think it is so.

If you want 1000 perfectly shelled lemons with 1000 perfectly shelled pecans and 1000 perfectly shelled grapes and 1000 of those trick gum things, where you wrap the gum wrapper back up and put it back into the package and then offer it to someone….

    I will make it happen.

BAM! git outta my way!!! the freight train is coming through!!!

I LOVE THIS IDEA. Did you make your own Lemon Sorbet? What is the secret recipe? I would LOVE to make this sometime at home…

Ha, no I didn’t actually make the sorbet. I was just testing out the idea in these pics. And since I didn’t actually have any sorbet at the time- I just put green food coloring in cool whip and slopped it in there. =) tricky tricky
