If you are ever looking for a steal on some really nice furniture – this is definitely the way to go. Practically new and never-even-really-been-used furniture at half the retail value. Just be prepared to pay cash and pick it up yourself.

We found this table – which fit almost everything we were looking for in color, size, style. It even has the additional leaf and the leather chairs I was hoping for. Leather is good because it’s a nice balance of comfort, look, AND practicality (aka spill friendly!)

So there you have it. Just keep your eyes out for a local Home Builder that’s going to pot financially and then swoop in for the kill. Even if you aren’t looking for tables, EVERYTHING in the house goes. So you might just find whatever it is you are looking for.
